Here is important information and next steps for you:
- By registering and/or paying a trip deposit, you have agreed to our POLICIES (link will open in a new window).
- Your account email address will be used to send your payment receipts, registration confirmation, and important information about your upcoming adventure. Please keep it current in My Account.
- Please download these two forms. Kindly review, sign, and return via email to trips@canyoncalling.com.

– Medical information/emergency contact - If you made a deposit, please make your final payment on this website by/before 30 days prior to your US trip departure date, or 60 days prior to your International trip departure date. A friendly reminder will be sent to your account email address.
- If you have a confirmed single room on your tour, please pay the supplement when your final payment is due by choosing single supplement add on fee.
- Approximately 30 days prior to US trip departure, and 60 days prior to International trip departure, we will email the meet-up details, packing list, final itinerary, and more trip information. Thank you!
